Trunk or Treat

Join the Folsom Police and Fire Departments for our annual Public Safety Trunk-or-Treat Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. in the parking lot in front of the Folsom Police Department, 46 Natoma Street.
Entry is free. Participants are encouraged to come in costume (no costumes that include weapons please) and collect treats while they explore police cars and fire trucks, check out SWAT equipment, meet K-9 and Mounted Officers, Police Officers, Firefighters, and much more! Parking is available at Folsom City Hall and Folsom Community Center (50 and 52 Natoma Street).

Meet and Greet BBQ

Each year the Folsom Police Foundation and the Folsom Police Officers association host a Meat and Greet BBQ for the residents and community of Folsom. It is an opportunity to get to know local police officers, watch K9 demonstrations and meet horses of the mounted unit, all while helping to raise funds for local youth programs.
Christmas Toy Drive
The Folsom Police Foundation in conjunction with the Folsom Police Department hosts an annual Christmas Toy Drive. This program collects toys for local families in the holiday season and provides them to children in the community that may otherwise go without during the festive period.
Police Motorcycle Skills Challenge
The Folsom Police Motor Skills Challenge is an exciting event where law enforcement officers from across the region put their motorcycle skills to the test. This high-energy competition showcases the precision, control, and agility required for police motorcycle operations as officers navigate a challenging course designed to push their riding abilities to the limit.
This event is FREE and open to the public, offering a unique opportunity to see skilled motor officers in action. Whether you're a motorsports enthusiast, a supporter of law enforcement, or just looking for a fun family-friendly outing, the Folsom Police Motor Skills Challenge is an event you won’t want to miss!
